Alawoye Artisan Collective,
we are a non-profit artist cultural cooperative, building & promoting Yoruba cultural arts literacy and artistry.
thus allowing traditional artist the opportunity of the needed global exposure in order to promote their names and spread their works, internationally.
Our artist are located in Yoruba land and several major places of the Yoruba Diaspora, we also feature artist from Dahomey and descendants of Dahomey land (Fon peoples).
The countries where our cultural artist reside currently:
Nigeria, Togo, Benin Republic, Ghana, Cuba, Haiti, Belize, Brazil & French Guiana, and several other places.
We promote our artist through visual expose of their craft and the traditional forms of artistry. teaching their ancient and traditional creative processes for students and interested groups, using digital displays and video presentations, with full interviews and demonstrations on-site at these artist personal workspaces.
We are available for class workshops, seminars, on-site instructions, cultural tours and art conferences.
we hope to spread the traditional creative knowledge of these artist to the universities and design institution who have students who would like to learn these forms of traditional artistry but do not have the opportunity to travel to these locations, or would like precursor lessons to an on-site instructional trip to one of these locations, we have artist.
We are making arrangements for class tours and workshops (groups of 10 or more), and can also arrange private one-on-one instructional sessions with the travel arrangements and accommodations etc.

We welcome any donations for these indigenous Artist, we feel it is important to show appreciation & support for what they have provided and to allow them the livelihood to continue producing their work, so their craft does not disappear.
We ask for any individual or group contributions or assisting us by patronizing the artist - purchasing their teaching services or their art work, all donations are tax deductible
we will showcase more work by artist on this site in future.
